读特客户端·深圳新闻网2021年7月14日讯（记者 梁榆其 金洪竹 张喆 童小晋）30多年前，当谢·米·沙赫赖第一次到访深圳时，整座城市还是一个“大工地”。“当时整个深圳都在热火朝天地建设，而现在，它已经变成了国际化大都市，我都快认不出来了！”2014年，中俄两国教育主管部门签订谅解备忘录，支持莫斯科大学与北京理工大学在深圳合作办学。两年后，深圳北理莫斯科大学应运而生。作为学校的第一副校长，沙赫赖见证了这一切。
30 years ago， when Sergey Shakhray visited Shenzhen for the first time， the whole city was just like a construction site．＂At that time， Shenzhen was under construction． But now， it has become an international metropolis． I can＇t even recognize it．＂ Built on the important consensus in2014， Shenzhen MSU－BIT University （SMBU） become a Chinese－foreign cooperative university jointly founded by the Shenzhen Municipal People＇s Government， Lomonosov Moscow State University （MSU） and Beijing Institute of Technology （BIT） in2016． As the first Vice Rector of SMBU， Shakhray witnesses all of them．

When Shakhray prepared to build SMBU， Shenzhenis on his list．＂Shenzhen is the most successful city of Chinese special economic zones． It is a place where creative ideas quickly become reality． It is also a place where could attract innovative talents and generate a new mechanism that can stimulate people＇s creativity and enterprising spirit．＂ Shakhray has visited12 cities in China． Finally， the spirit of innovation and enterprising of Shenzhen attracts him to settle the university here．
深圳北理莫斯科大学航拍图。（校方提供）在深圳工作的这些年里，沙赫赖曾与许多优秀的中国共产党党员共事，他们认真、敬业、爱国的品质深深地打动了他。“我所认识的中国共产党党员，他们有纪律性、组织性，有智慧，同时还非常爱国。”沙赫赖还发现许多党员老师对自己的要求极高，即便在周末，也能看到他们努力工作的身影。深北莫党委书记、副校长朱迪俭就是其中之一。“朱迪俭书记是一位非常有活力的人，他总是精力充沛地去做每件事，让其他人和他一同努力奋进，这与深圳经济特区的特性很相似。这也让我们迅速找到契合点，将党建工作与教育、科研工作融合，一起推动学校的发展。”
Working in Shenzhen for several years， Shakhray has worked with a lot of members ofthe Communist Party of China （CPC）． He is deeply impressed by their earnest， dedication and patriotism．＂Members of CPC that I know are organized and disciplined． They are also intelligent and patriotic．＂ Shakhray has found many teachers who are Party members are strict to themselves． Even on weekends， they still work hard． The Party Secretary of SMBU Zhu Dijian is one of them．＂Zhu is energetic to everything． He always encourages people who works with him． We could find similarities between us and integrate the Party building work in education and scientific research which in order to promote the development of university．
深圳北理莫斯科大学校园。（校方供图）自新冠疫情暴发以来，沙赫赖亲眼见证中国共产党员在抗击疫情过程中身先士卒，他对此深感敬佩。“无论是在医院的防疫一线，还是在疫苗接种点，党员们都冲锋在前，作为主力参与到疫情防控的各个环节，这充分体现了共产党员的责任和担当。”沙赫赖说。
Since the outbreak of COVID－19， Shakhray observed that Party members play an exemplary role in fighting against COVID－19．＂No matter in the front－line of hospital or in vaccination sites， Party members participate in epidemic prevention and control as the main force． It shows the responsibility of being members of CPC．＂ Shakhray said．
2021年是深北莫建校5周年，同时也是《中俄睦邻友好合作条约》签署20周年。作为“中俄人文合作十大杰出人士”之一，沙赫赖希望通过深圳北理莫斯科大学来促进中俄之间的教育、科研以及人文合作。“如今的深圳，年轻且富有活力，这正是进行科研与教学的最好时机。深圳生态环境优越，是一座宽敞的绿色城市。学校也准备成立氢能源研究所，致力于清洁能源的开发和应用。”
2021 is the5th anniversary of the founding of SMBU as well as the20th anniversary of China－Russia Treaty of Good－Neighborliness and Friendly Cooperation． As the one of＂Top－10 Distinguished Persons in China－Russia Cultural Cooperation＂， Shakhray hopes to promote education， scientific research and cultural cooperation between China and Russia through SMBU．＂Today， Shenzhen is young and energetic． It is the best time to do the scientific research here in Shenzhen． Shenzhen is a green city with friendly ecological environment． SMBU is setting up a hydrogen energy research institute， which is committed to the exploitation and application of clean energy．＂
沙赫赖坚信，深圳北理莫斯科大学具有无限发展的潜力和可能性。（校方供图）谈到学校未来的发展，沙赫赖表示：“中俄合作办学不仅涉及到教育，更是两种文化之间的交流和互补。”他透露，深北莫将成立数字货币实验室，中俄两国也将在深北莫开展数字人民币与数字卢布领域的合作。此外，学校还将在生物技术、化学、物理、新材料、人工智能、数学等领域建设实验室，推动中俄两国在烃类能源、现代化武器、航空航天等领域的合作。
Speaking of the future development of SMBU， Shakhray said that＂Building the cooperative university is not only in the field of education， but also in communication between two different cultures． SMBU will set up a digital currency laboratory where the currency electronic payment cooperation between China and Russia will happen． In addition， the university will set up laboratories in the fields of biotechnology， chemistry， physics， new materials， artificial intelligence and mathematics in order to promote cooperation between China and Russia in Hydrocarbon energy， modern weapons， aerospace and other fields．＂
沙赫赖坚信，学校扎根于深圳，这使得深北莫具有无限发展的潜力和可能性，深北莫的学生一定能跟上特区脚步，追赶“深圳速度”，与特区共同发展。
Shakhray believes that Shenzhen will give SMBU unlimited potential development and possibility． Students in SMBU will also follow the pace of Shenzhen and grow up together．
