1 项目概况 Project Overview
深圳自然博物馆以“中国领先，世界一流”为定位，将用实物诠释自然演化规律，展示“地理空间上的深圳、全球视野中的生态”，做“有科学传播力”的自然博物馆。
Shenzhen Natural History Museum aims to be leading in China and first-class in the world， interpreting the laws of natural evolution， showing “geographies of Shenzhen and ecology in the global perspective”。 It is to become a natural history museum “to actively advocate science”。
项目选址于坪山区燕子湖片区，建设用地面积暂定4.2万平方米，总建筑面积暂定10万平方米，初步规划建设陈列展览区、公共服务区、科普教育区、藏品保管保护区、综合业务与学术研究区五大主要功能区。展陈工程投资约12亿元人民币。
The museum will be in the area around Yanzi Lake， Pingshan District。 The Museum may cover an area of 42，000㎡ with a gross floor area of 100，000㎡， including exhibition area， public service area， science education area， collection storage and conservation area， administration and academic research area。 The investment for the exhibition installation is tentatively set as 1.2 billion RMB。
